AHC President & CEO Richard (“Rick”) Maher will lead two sessions in early May for leaders across the workforce development community—focused on practical ways to sustain productivity and innovation amid nonstop change.
“We’re in what I call the new abnormal—a period of sustained, stressful change and uncertainty,” says Maher. “Shifts in government policy, tight funding, and the rapid advance of AI are colliding in ways I haven’t seen in my career. Leaders need new skills and a renewed focus. They have to curate a culture that engages people, supports adaptability, and sets an aspirational vision for a better future. AHC’s mission is to help them do exactly that.”
